Our community email group is where neighbors share, learn, and benefit from being part of a local online community. We are proud that our neighborhood listserv is the second oldest in the U.S.!
You’ll find postings for neighborhood events, ticket offers, free stuff, recommendations for vendors (plumbers, electricians, hairdressers, repair shops and so on), and lots more.
It’s easy to subscribe or unsubscribe.
How To Utilize this Email Group
To be qualified to join, at least ONE of these statements must be true:
Applicant should live in Newton Lower Falls, either currently or in the past.
Applicant should have a business in Newton Lower Falls.
Applicant should be someone who represents citizens of Lower Falls at the local level of government (such as School Committee, Mayor, city councilors, and other city positions as agreed by the Board).
Please keep in mind these guidelines:
The email group is unmoderated and open to all residents so please be courteous to your neighbors.
To keep the list as neighborly as possible, please sign your emails with your full name and street address.
The LFIA reserves the right to remove anyone from the listserv who does not meet the qualifications or posts inappropriately.
